Datastore capacity alarm

I need to create an alert to email once free space on a VMware capacity is less than 10%.

I cannot see how this can be done inside alerts.

The VC is connected and I can see the hosts under it but unsure how to create such an alert:

The following products are installed: NPM, SAM and STM
