Adding a HP EVA SAN

Question

I have an EVA 4100 SAN, and I am trying to add it.
If I go on the machine that is the san manager I can login and bring up the config page,  but when I transfer the details over to the add and then click on test I get the Web page displaying the following Error

Issues connecting with the provider, check that the provider is running and the ports are correct.

Any ideas on anything glaringly obvious I am doing wrong or any pointers in where I should be looking.

the link to manage the SAN using a web FE is https://SANSERVER:2372/login

If I set the provider ports to 2372 I get cim_err_failed as the return from a test.
If i leave it as default I get Bad_request.

Provider HTTP Port is normally 5988, and HTTPS port is 5989. Any reason why it is set to 2372? Provider IP Address is the IP where Command View software is running. From the screenshot, it looks like the Storage Manager Agent IP and the PRovider IP Address IP are the same. You do not need to install any SolarWinds software on your Command View server. So, you may want to double check the Provider IP Address field as well
