Issue when adding HP OVA array to Profiler

Hi all,

I'm having problems adding one of our HP OVA arrays to Profiler. When I enter all the relevent details and press "Test" I get the "Values in bold represent possible identifiers used within Storage Manager." message, but nothing is listed. Credentials are fine, and another array added previously works fine.

Any ideas?

hi Jason, Are you evaluating Storage Manager or this pertains to a licensed copy? Have you tried opening a support ticket with us as this probably needs a remote session to diagnose further (http://www.solarwinds.com/support/ticket)

Do you mean the HP EVA?

If not, please point me to the array to review.

Sorry, EVA. Unfortunately storage isn't really my area of expertise. I'm just the monkey setting the monitoring up

When you are at the wrench / spanner confighuration screen, click on each of the label for examples of what you need to input. Ensure that the IP address you enter is the IP of the Command View server. Once you click on the Test button, click on the traffic light icon, click on the SMI-S module name and post the last few lines of the module log.
