DDN storage

DDN storage is attached to my server. I upgraded my OS from server 2008 to 2012r2. In win server 2012 r2 the DDN storage is not showing. All the drivers (fiber channel) and other drivers are installed. there is no documentation which can help. I also tried to downgrade the OS to win server 2008 still the DDN storage is not showing as earlier it was showing and working normal. Please help
