Auto Discovery Added Disks to Node(s)

Does Solarwinds Orion have a way to auto add/remove disks to a node? We run into times that Admins will add to disks to VM and not let us know they need to be monitored?

I know about the network discovery option, but unless I am auto importing the things it finds, this could bring in things like IIS, and SQL Express that I am not looking to add.

This is also something we have been working towards in our environment also. We are separated into several groups and when the server team adds or removes disks, they typically don't think to tell us (the monitoring team).
