Monitor openstack and Ceph With Solarwinds

I want to monitor Openstack and Ceph application by Solarwinds, Is there any possibility to monitor.

Just want to check whether I can monitor below parameters in Solarwinds

Bonding status

BR Nic errors

Non qemu-kwm process cpu usage

Port status

Processor status

Sriov network utilization

TAP nic errors
