Want to create a table report for SQL Server Error log

I want to create a report for SQL Server Error logs whatever errors are occurring in SQL DB server I need all the data in one report for only error log.

I have created one report using below link however report is created but it is showing all logs including information, error, warning.

when I export the report then only pdf option is available and in pdf format can not see all the values.
