Monitoring Office/Microsoft 365 with Application Monitor Templates ?

People,

How can I add the nodes for Office 365?

it is online services, so not sure where to start and what to add in order to utilize this Application Templates:

What are the steps and the minimum credentials to be used [Service Account] ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will want to create an external node. THen apply the templates to it. You need something that resolves like teams.microsoft.com and then check the External Node: No Status for polling method. This…

You will want to create an external node. THen apply the templates to it. You need something that resolves like teams.microsoft.com and then check the External Node: No Status for polling method. This gets past the need to have it actually be monitored. This is one of the more unusual limitations of SAM when polling online services.
