Need help with adding things to certificate monitor

Hi, I'm currently making use of this certificate monitor template here https://thwack.solarwinds.com/content-exchange/server-application-monitor/m/application-monitor-templates/1527?CommentId=31b4308b-d42d-4e12-b9bf-ef03bae4ee63 to monitor my Personal store certs, but I need to include details like the number of days left to expiry and the expiry date. Can anyone guide me on this ?
