We are on 6.3, trying to get Windows Servers: WMI and ICMP to work on monitoring a vm located in GCP. I have local admin priv's on this server but for what ever reason I cannot get past the initial page to add a node.
ping and nslookup from onprem to cloud work and visa versa
added the AD administrator account for SAM that we use on all of our servers onprem to its local administrator group and still cannot get this to work.
Not sure exactly what testing I can do to ensure that network is good or what ports and services need to be running/open
This is a windows server 2019 box
