Built in SSL monitor for ADFS servers

Question

Does anyone know of any issues with the built in SSL monitor on ADFS servers?

I applied it to ours but get an error

Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

I have verified there are no firewall ports blocking access.  And since this is run through ADFS we don't have IIS installed to work on bindings.

Not sure where to go to be able to get the monitor working so that we can be alerted when the cert is going to expire.

Sam we are on the latest 2020.2.1 with all the latest hotfixes.

As for the IP bindings since its just an ADFS, how do I check that?  It's simple enough in IIS but not sure since the IIS role is not installed just ADFS.

EDIT:

The SSL applied has the host name of the servers and the IP on it in the subject alt name fields if that is what you are asking.

do you mind sharing what version of SAM you are on? Also, do you know if that server has multiple bindings (e.g. same IP address /port but different host names and SSL certificates?)
