We are running into an issue with SolarWinds to ServiceNow integration. We have created the ServiceNow user in SolarWinds and have tested it which works. However, the Incident Detail fields are blank as well as SELECT PROPERTIES. In addition, the fields in State Management are all set to None.
The only way we can get the fields to propagate is if we give the ServiceNow account full admin rights. Does anyone know of a way to set the permissions for ServiceNow user's account so it is not running in full admin mode and get the fields to propagate?
