Renamed Application/Template Not Showing in Reports

I have 5 templates I renamed from "Client Template 1" to "Customer Template 1"

An application availability report I have using a filter of Template name begins with "Customer" does not display the renamed templates.

Yet if I search for all "Customer" templates they show up fine in the UI. Even the renamed ones.

Does the DB need time to update?

Do I need to recreate all of these?

SolarWinds - mutual love & hate.

Guess I need to recreate them all and lose a year of historical data.

It's stuff like this that really irks me to no end for an exceptionally premium priced product given the amount of bugs like this. Maybe a pop up warning telling me that if I rename a template my reports will be broken.

How do I explain this to my PM? Lol.

I was curious so I tried this on my SAM 6.2.4 lab and found that it did changed my Application monitor from the name lalala to lalalatroll (sorry I cannot find a better name for it)

What version are you on right now orioncrack?

My issue is they are not showing in report writer reports when testing.

I'm impressed that you are having success in the new version.
