This is what I'm trying to do (and failing miserably):
1. For any alerts that are generated, that are associated with a specific application, these alerts get emailed to the specific application support team (e.g. SQL alerts get emailed to SQL DB support - Oracle alerts get emailed to Oracle DB support - IIS alerts get emailed to Windows Application support etc etc etc).
2. For any alerts that are generated that are node specific, these alerts get emailed to the specific node support team (e.g. Windows node high CPU gets emailed to Windows OS support - Linux node high CPU gets emailed to Linux OS support etc etc etc).
