I only see the Login name as an option. Appinsight for Exchange does list the full name so not sure why I can't add it to the report. Any ideas? Thanks for your help!
The field is called "User Display Name" and is shown in the default out-of-the-box "Users By Mailbox Quota" report pictured below.
Thanks for the tip. So there’s no way of getting the username and Full name from one selection? See below, I had to combine two different reports.
It looks as though you are adding resources to a report. Instead I would recommend using the Custom Table for building your reports. You will find this to be far more flexible and allow you to accomplish what you're trying to achieve. The Custom Table is what is used in the report I showed above. It allows you to customize the report by adding columns of data you wish to include in the report.
Thank you for your response. When I do a custom table on AppInsight for Exchange I only get to choose the username. There are only limited Orion objects so maybe I’m doing something wrong.
I retract my earlier statement. You are indeed correct that the users display name is not a selectable option in the Report Writer. This field is only available when creating a custom SWQL or SQL report as seen below. I will log this as a bug accordingly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Other than "Attachment Count" the default out-of-the-box "Users By Mailbox Size" report contains all the information you're looking for in the report.
