Currently running into a very weird issue where I was working with Solarwinds support on something they hadn't seen before. We did "repair" run of the CoreInstaller and it seemed to clear this cert error for agents (now we don't run agents so this was weird to be appearing). Now since running this installer ONLY our Core team in AD is able to logon to SAM. Every other AD group setup on SAM no longer can access the system. Solarwinds currently has no idea on how this happened and no fix for it.
I have verified it isn't just 1 computer with the issue, also cleared caches for browsers and restarted systems. I removed the AD group from "Manage Accounts" in SAM and then re-created the group completely and still no access. I verified that the group and users have cleared from the Database table "Accounts" and tried to recreate the group again so they could logon and hopefully create a new record, but still nothing. It is just giving the "Login failure. User name and/or password incorrect." error everytime they try to logon. I have tested with multiple users from different AD groups and all are experiencing this accept us. Even lastly tried making them the top priority group (as our team was) in the group listing and still nothing. Grabbing at straws at this point to see what happened.
System is sadly a physical and I didn't get any snapshot before they did the work and rolling back to a backup would be a pain and not even sure if they would fix it at this point.
