which tables store the event log data for event log template?

In the SAM Database for the built in event log monitor template. Which table(s) store the actual data? I might have to put on my SQL ninja hat (which I am not) for a project that is coming.

To clarify the data is the actual event log data that it scraps out based on the conditions they one sets up in the template.
