where to get SolarWinds Desktop Toolset

I reading the Admin guide for SolarWinds Server & Application Monitor. It mentions some integration between the browser and SolarWinds Orion web console and that to get those you have to install the Desktop Toolset. Where do you get the Desktop Toolset. I don't see it in the downloads section and I searched the SolarWinds support site and nothing comes up for it.
