I am trying to add a replication monitor on SQL server and found this link while searching: SQL Replication Performance

I am quite confused as to if this is an Application Monitor Template or Component Monitor Template?

Where can I find more details about this SQL Replication Performance like what it is, what all it monitors and how to use it?
