Linux File monitoring - Not sure which Application Monitor Template would best monitor?

I received my first request to monitor a linux file that once the file has reached 4 hours old a triggered email will be sent.   Im not sure which template I should use?   Would that be a linux file existance template or Linux file age monitor template or a different template all together?
