Monitor Windows non-native services with SAM

Hi I'm newie here, and with Solarwind SAM, and I just wonder if it's possible monitor the status of some windows services which aren't the standard services like FTP, but windows services deployed by an in-house application.

Yup, we use SAM for monitoring our own internally developed Windows service applications as well. You can set it up via the Component Monitor Wizard or manually setup one or more Window Service Monitor component monitors in an Application Template.
