Hi Team,
A customer is experiencing an abnormal behavior with their SEM installation. Any time they had a power outage, SEM no longer receives events from managed nodes especially routers, switches, Firewall, etc.
Has anyone seen this before or know the likely problem and possible workaround?
The SEM version is 2021.4.
I also tried to upgrade the appliance to 2022.2.1 but I am getting an error: Apt-get update failed
