The idea of Smart Start is to give the customer a guided introduction to the platform, the specific features, and try to get them to avoid any bad habits from the beginning.
Usually, it's around 1-2 hours a week where we would sit down 1 to 1 over WebEx or Teams. SEM smart starts include, but aren't limited to:
Dashboards
Filters
Rules
Node Population
Backend configuration
Scheduled searches
Reports
