how would I find out the admin account info on LEM manager server? is this a support call?

Are we talking the Web interface (should default to admin/password) or the SSH customer maintenance shell (cmc/password)?
not the web interface.... it is for the OS for the machine ( I guess it is for the shell) that logs are getting collected....

This includes steps and the default username and password (cmc/password). If that doesn't work, it's a support ticket to have them crack the password.
