when i search for a node, the LEM seems to freeze and i have to logoff/logon again. This is occurring in the "refine results" search using IP address.
No.. does the node at all?
Try the reset button in the "refine results" area and then enter the IP...
I have to use the slider to view some of the node information but then i am unable to click anything else including reset.
I am using google chrome Version 50.0.2661.87 m
Try clicking nodes in the Manage tab.
Then seee if the sidebar button appears....

What is the time frame for your search? Does your virtual machine have adequate resources? You may want to check the latency and queues for your virtual disk and datastore
