Install of server (HA) Fails (communication process failed)

Question

This is silly.  It tells me Im using an older installer, blah blah.  So I do exactly as it says, and still fails.  Funny thing is everything is at latest 2019 versions.  I even tried the upgrade tools.  fail.

Any ideas.

If you are running 2019 releases, then use Centralized Upgrade located under [Settings > My Orion Deployment > Updates and Evaluations]

What version where you upgrading from?
And this screenshot is from the passive HA Pool member, that you are trying to update now, right?
