I'm Ashley -- a User Experience Researcher over here at SolarWinds.
When it comes to monitoring applications and services, there are a lot of terms used to describe what is being monitored and the associated metrics.
The SolarWinds product teams are looking to better understand these terms, and identify any differences (if any!) between them. This 5-10-minute survey will help us accurately describe how terms are used in our products. For your time, you'll receive 500 THWACK points to spend in our THWACK store.
