Site says it is down due to SSL Cert Error - but the cert is fine any ideas?

Our web team has opened a ticket with Pingdom but I was hoping someone where may know the answer to this. We have a site that is reporting as down due to an SSL cert error but the certificate is fine. Any ideas of what might be causing this? Thanks! -Dave

Hi, I have the same problem, for an SSL cert issue, but The app is up. support said me, it's an SNI problem. I am waiting for a solution

Hey there mrjuangaviria I looked at your support ticket, and they were saying that your certificate chain was incomplete and needed some review. Are there some additional details you could share, since that support ticket was closed?
