Have been waiting what seems to be weeks for someone in customer support to help me with case#00784977 and case#00751529.

yes a support rep reached out to me on 4/21.
said they were reviewing the ticket, will get back to me when they know more.
4/22 and still waiting.

its now 4/23 - still no meaningful answer from pingdom.
so that's now another week waiting for an answer from pingdom.
will someone at pingdom ever be able to help???????
