Lost WSUS content folder

So I had my WSUS content folder stored on a NAS share and we lost our aggregate on the NAS due to multiple failed disks and we're having difficulty getting it back. Can someone walk me through getting another WSUS content folder setup? I would need to re-download all the updates which I understand, but I'd like to be prepared to do this if I have to. Any assistance would be very helpful.

Remove the WSUS role and try to add the role again. Please refer to the following link for more details.
Point to the new content folder when running the WSUS configuration wizard.
