Patch Manager - anyone disbabled TLS 1.0 on their computer and still have downloads work?

I am testing disabling TLS 1.0 on my computer where I run Patch Manager. I think it broke some patch downloads. For example, both the GOogle CHrome and the Wireshark downloads failed (Something about a closed connection). ANyone successfully turned off TLS 1.0 and still have everything working in Patch Manager?
