Deploy agent unattended

Question

Hi there,

I want to ask, if it is possible to do an unattended Installation of the WMI Provider and the Agent? Are there any command line Switches to specify the Patch Manager host? Entering the Parameters on a dozen of hosts is a Little bit annoying.

Are there any other best practices to deploy the Agent at Installation time of the Client's OS?

You can create a package to install it via WSUS like a Third Party Update, this article has a pretty good spread for the various deployment options:

The providers should already have a package created for it in the SolarWinds catalog and will automatically deploy by default if you try to manage a node via WMI and it can install there.
