Corrupt BIOS interferes with PM Reporting

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? 730+ Windows servers of various flavors. 3,000+ Windows laptops/Surface/workstations of various flavors. All it takes is one corrupt BIOS and our Patch Manager dashboard, and reporting, goes straight into the toilet. My company is 2/3rd's remote workers so trying to get their BIOS updated can be a chore. I am looking for a way to make Patch Manager be less susceptible.
