Solarwinds patch manager synchronization

Hi.

In our enterprise we need to have an AD group with limited accounts who can install Google Chrome on their systems. I created the group and add the computers in AD.

On the other hand, we need to add the same group in Solarwinds patch manager to make sure they are always up-to-date.

I tried to add  the group in computer groups section. It has been added but there is no any computer on it.

Actually we are not able yet to display the macs in the group we created, we add them in AD but we do not see them in the SolarWind. It seems it misses something for synchronization.

I do appreciate if someone could give me some ideas.

If you haven't done so already, you may want to contact Support. I have a few ideas on this one, but would need to see some things to verify.

For example, it sounds like your group for Chrome has users and not computers in it which may be part of the problem.

There may be another way to do this and I bet Support would have some ideas.
