I want to install the Patch manager web console on my primary poller, but I am not able to find the download for it. Does anyone know where I can find the download for patch-manager-v2.0-webonly.zip in the Solarwinds Customer Portal? I also found this article Install Patch Manager Web Console - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support which discusses the procedures but no download link. Any help would be appreciated.

and it worked. SolarWinds-Patch-Manager-v2.1.2.3034SR2-Updater.zip failed every time I tried to run it.
On our workstations we run just the console. For the latest version 2.1.2.3034 you just download SolarWinds-Patch-Manager-v2.1.2.3034SR2-Updater.zip and then run the ew-cds-007_2.1.2.3034.exe on the machine and select a console only install. Or if there's no previous version on the machine you may need to download SolarWinds-Patch-Manager-v2.1.2.3034SR2-FullWithSql.zip and then run SolarWinds-Orion-PM-v2.1.2.FullWithSql.exe and choose console only install.
