Do we have support in Patch Manger 2.0 to silently install the console? As I need to start planning the rollout of the console to 20+ service desk workstations and laptops.
No, the installer does not support silent installs.

I looked in Patch Manager Feature Requests before I replied previously and did not find anything, but there may be something already in the internal tracking system.
