WSUS Server not loading all Devices

Question

I have a newly built WSUS server on Windows Server 2012 R2. I am able to add and see over 60 machines however, wsus only displays a maximum of 33 machines. I have a few different groups and I am only adding the QA and DEV boxes right now. If I run check for updates on the client it will show up in the WSUS group and that happens for all but once the number reaches 33, it will add the new one and drop an existing machine that was already there. This is Patch Manager related, I built the new WSUS server to work with Patch Manager, previously used SUS.

Does anyone know why that is happening.

Found an answer that worked in case anyone comes across this.

On a client that does not appear in the console, delete the "SusClientID" and "SusClientIDValidation" registry values in the key: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate, and then restart the Automatic Updates service.
