Aftyer installing patch manager i get the following message below related to licensing, any insight would help.

You're most likely going to have to contact Support on this one. It looks like a corrupt license and two out of three causes that come to mind require either a tool that only they can use or fixing something on the backend with your Patch Manager license.
If it's an eval install, you can contact your sales rep and they can schedule a call with a Sales Engineer to help you out with the eval license
