I watched the video and started doing the steps that were in the video. However, the eminentware extension was not in the list to add. We have the sccm extension and third party packs. Would that video apply to this extension pack and if it does how do I get the extension pack snap-in to appear in the list. I am a little familiar with adding snapins in other products but this is new.
Yes, that video would apply to this Extension Pack.
Is the EminentWare console installed on this machine? If not, and this is a remote workstation, you may need to take the same install you used to install the EminentWare System Center Configuration Manager Extenstion Pack and run it on your workstation, but select "Custom" and deselect all but "Console".
