Hello, I launched a scan with NTM, it was functional since yesterday, the number of nodes reaches 800 and the scan is blocked, also there are not maps ???

Now I launched another scan and the number of nodes reaches 27, and the NTM is blocked can anyone here help me with this issue?? Why NTM can't build maps??
