Repeating Alert

Question

We are monitoring temperatures in our school's freezers and coolers. As it stands, an alert is setup so that if a certain temperature threshold is met, an email/text is sent out to the people needing to know. I'd like the alert to repeat until the temperature returns to within normal range, so basically an email/text every 30 minutes or an hour, something like that. I can't seem to find a way to make that happen. Any tips would be appreciate.

Try this:

1) Click: Dashboard >>> Settings >>> All Settings

2) Click: Mange Alerts

3) Click: Action Manager

4) Select (check box) the Action/Alert you are looking for and Click "Edit Action"

5) Expand "Execution Setting", Check "Repeat this action every X minutes until alert is acknowledged", Select minutes desires, and click "Save Changes".

4) You can do more in Alert Manager. You can also find "Execution Setting" under some tabs.

OR you can set the reset condition to 30 mins and have it trigger regularly
