I'm from ISP in VietNam. My customer used PO (port-channel) with our Access device, It maybe risk on our access device then we deploy mLACP from 2 Access Device to customer's device.
The backup mLACP is good, swap test done with swapping traffic from main to backup.
However, our customer is using Solarwind monitoring, and the backup protocol interface in their device went down, the monitor alarm with this down-protocol interface.
Our customer disagreed with this alarm and request for UP protocol monitoring

Our access device: Cisco ASR-920-24SZ-M - Version 17.3.3
