We have had several attempts at upgrading from 2020.2.6 to 2022.3 Our management are now asking questions about SolarWinds testing procedures. Our last attempt required SolarWinds Support and involved a clean install and manual editing/removal of .DLLs! Thank you John you were great, but I wish we hadn't upgraded . The number of bugs we are finding increases daily. Here's a small selection of our most irritating:
- Groups we have had at the root level view (for years) in "Summary/All Groups" disappeared after an hour... They are still there somewhere but finding them for our NOC is somewhat difficult.
- Most of our charts for Universal Poller data are very very slow and most now show "There was an error while loading data for this resource" messages most of the time. This renders them useless.
- Most of our Custom Tables have lost their custom column widths or are messed up in other ways.
- Several of our custom tables no longer work despite working perfectly in SWQL Studio.
We have raised a ticket but the support website does work properly at the moment we get constant nasty red error messages (several different ones) when we try to post. Eventually it works but it can take an hour to submit and Support seem unable to read the ticket posts, constantly asking the same questions.
