How do I create a "boss view" dashboard/map that doesn't require any login?

Personally I would use account and/or view limitations, and tell the boss they need to login like any other user. I'm not aware of any way to do this except maybe via a script, and that is outside of my skillset.

I'd also explain the security implications around not logging in and what that could ultimately mean to the company data. But then I guess that also depends on your level of comfort in telling the boss no.

Well said. Management should not be the exceptions to security.

I wouldn't recommend using DirectLinks either, not very good practice for security.. my 2 cents anyway.

I'd never seen that before.

I use it to give access to a dashboard that is linked in MS Teams.  But as sum_giais it isn't very good for security so make sure the account is locked down... 

I would recommend for login process to access any SW dashboard instead of bypassing any security policy
