Is it possible to assign access limitations with different levels of access to specific objects in Orion?

Is it possible to assign access limitations with different levels of access to specific objects in Orion?

Example:

1) DEV team has full access to their DEV servers

2) DEV team needs RO access to PROD servers

3) DEV team needs to be restricted from seeing infrastructure devices.

I can define a limitation to achieve 1 and 3 but how do I still allow them to also RO the PROD servers?

Can't do that with the way limitations work in Orion. What I've seen some people do is set all the privileges and limitations on the admin accounts and then people get read only to everything using their daily driver accounts.
