NPM 11.5.2 with MS SQL2012 on win server 2008, what options i have to upgrade the NPM to latest version ?

Your 2008 server is the main problem, besides that you would "just" need to update NPM to v12, and then to 2020.2.4.Have a look at this guy here:https://customerportal.solarwinds.com/support/product-upgrade-advisor
Short answer is you can't with your current OS is not compatible with the latest version. Your fist step would be to upgrade the OS.
As they are all on the same server, I would suggest a new server build and then install the new version on that and then migrate your database to the new server.
