NPM 12.4 Device Summary page yields Unexpected Web Site error Request Timed out

Hi all,

Just looking for guidance here.  At times, I think its mostly when i haven't used npm for a bit - then come in to use it, search for a node then click on it - i get this error "Unexpected Web Site error Request Timed out".  If, I notice the page is taking a long time and i happen to click the node one more time it comes up fine and i do not get the error. Once i get the error, I can hit reload and the page comes up fine and quick. From that point forward, I do not see that error again until perhaps I go away for awhile and come back to use NPM.  Very strange behavior. I've had a few support tickets on it with no real luck.  I have cleared out the asp.net cache, etc but nothing.  Restarted server, app,etc. Any help or assistance is appreciated.

20g ram /8 cpu on the primary server.  Utilization of cpu is at 30-40% and Mem is at 50%.

Thanks for the response. I click search in an inactive session from earlier and perform the search. Search results come back quick, then click on a node and that's when i experience the unexpected error.

When you say you havent used NPM for a while, do you mean that you click search in an inactive session from earlier and perform the search or open a new tab/browser sessions, log into NPM, and then search? I have noticed timeouts from the former, but not when you log in or have an active session.
