I am polling a Firepower NGFW 4110,

It's had a red dot with a bang on it for quite some time now. I am also polling another Firepower NGFW 4110 and it does NOT have a red bang on it. For the firewall with the bang on it, NPM says:
Node is Critical.
Overall Hardware Status (Node) 'Overall Hardware Status' has state: Unknown.
We're using the same pollers on both firewalls. I figured something was just messed up so I deleted the firewall with the red bang on it. I then re-added it. Selected what interfaces I wanted and then got a Green dot, thought everything was good to go.
Ten minutes later I checked and it is a red bang again - same device, same message.
Can someone point me in the direction to look to resolve this issue?
