Meraki dashboard node down in Solarwinds Server on Azure

Question

We are running a Solarwinds NPM server in Azure. We are running version 2019.4HF6. I have added a node for our Meraki Dashboard that we also use. The issue is that it is always red (Node is down). I think the issue is that ICMP from Azure towards the internet is not allowed. We can't change that. My question is are there other customers with the same setup having this issue?

If your Security Team will allow it, you can give the Azure server a PIP with a NSG to secure it. With A PIP assigned, Azures allows outbound ICMP traffic.
