At the suggestion of Solarwinds, I am updating our HF1 installation to HF2 and my main poller seems to be stuck at 94%. It's been like this for close to 45 minutes now:
Not sure what to do from here.
Review the following file on that server to determine what it's doing. Start from the bottom and move your way up to view the most recent activities or search for keywords such as 'Failed', 'Error', 'Warn' etc.
C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\ConfigurationWizard.log
This seems to be the only error I'm seeing:
2020-12-18 08:55:50,780 [1] WARN Program - ShadowCopy Cache 'C:\Windows\TEMP\SolarWinds\' cannot be deleted. System.CannotUnloadAppDomainException: Error while unloading appdomain. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131015)System.CannotUnloadAppDomainException: Error while unloading appdomain. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131015)at System.AppDomain.Unload(AppDomain domain)
I accidentally hit 'refresh' on the Centralized Update screen and suddenly it says both pollers are finished. My Orion site footer shows:
Orion Platform HF2, NCM HF2, NPM, VMAN HF2, SAM HF1: 2020.2.1
But if I go back into the upgrade page, it shows I NPM is only at 2020.2.1:
Is this a display bug?
The hotfix is for the Orion Platform itself. That version should be visible in the footer of any page.
